About me and coaching
I have worked as an HR manager in international corporations for nearly 20 years, and at different points in time, I have unfortunately experienced burnout. Especially during periods when responsibility and workload became overwhelming or when the growth and development curve was particularly steep.
In the midst of all this, self-care and finding balance have played a crucial role—and continue to do so.
When I started studying coaching in 2020, I had no idea how much it would help me personally in finding the right solutions and path forward. At that time, I was also working in a rapidly growing company, where, in addition to various external challenges, I constantly had to find new solutions and adapt to ever-changing situations—often while working from home.
Now, I support HR managers who feel the need to find their own way to become the best version of themselves—without guilt.
