My mission is:

To help HR leaders become trusted and sought-after strategic partners to their CEOs while maintaining authenticity and sustainability.

For over 20 years, I’ve navigated the complex world of international organizations, matrix structures, rapid growth and change environments. I’ve experienced firsthand the challenge of

  • building a company from 3 people to 280 employees in just 18 months, and
  • I understand the unique pressures that come with being an HR leader in today’s fast-paced business landscape.

My Journey to Coaching

I discovered coaching almost by accident. Initially, I thought it would be a useful technique to enhance my HR toolkit and team leadership skills. But the journey revealed something far more meaningful—everything felt so right that I couldn’t stop learning, practicing, and experiencing more.

What I love about coaching is how theory immediately becomes lived experience. You gain crystal-clear clarity about who you are, where you’re heading, and what you want to achieve, plus a concrete action plan that you own completely.

Through coaching, life has become more colorful, full of possibilities, purposeful, with deeper relationships and more effective collaboration. When something works so powerfully in your own life, you naturally want to share that gift with others.

Beyond Traditional Coaching

While I’m absolutely results-oriented, I create sacred space for you to explore your inner world.

In our always-on, constantly connected world, there are precious few moments when we’re truly heard and seen. I provide that space—a place where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with your deepest wisdom.

I believe transformation happens not just in the mind, but in the body.

Together, we’ll help you recognize when a decision, step, or insight feels right not just intellectually, but in your physical being.

This embodied knowing becomes your compass for authentic leadership that sustains rather than depletes.
