For over 20 years, I’ve navigated the complex world of international organizations, matrix structures, and rapid growth environments. I’ve experienced firsthand the challenge of building a company from 3 people to 280 employees in just 18 months, and I understand the unique pressures that come with being an HR leader in today’s fast-paced business landscape.

My Journey to Coaching
I discovered coaching almost by accident. Initially, I thought it would be a useful technique to enhance my HR toolkit and team leadership skills. But the journey revealed something far more meaningful—everything felt so right that I couldn’t stop learning, practicing, and experiencing more.
What I love about coaching is how theory immediately becomes lived experience. You gain crystal-clear clarity about who you are, where you’re heading, and what you want to achieve, plus a concrete action plan that you own completely.
Through coaching, life has become more colorful, full of possibilities, purposeful, with deeper relationships and more effective collaboration. When something works so powerfully in your own life, you naturally want to share that gift with others.

Natural curiosity and a desire to understand myself and human behavior have led me to learn more about nutrition, laughter yoga, reiki, and other practices that have helped me sustain myself through different stages of life.
The Transformation Process
Transformation is incredibly powerful, yet often happens so subtly that we barely notice—until something remarkable occurs. From the outside, it might seem like someone became successful, happy, or victorious overnight. But it’s usually the result of consistent dedication, adaptation, and progress.
By paying attention to and working with our foundational beliefs and attitudes, our actions, needs, and desires take on new meaning. Achieving something just for the sake of achievement doesn’t bring inner satisfaction and can actually lead to burnout or declining mental health.
Our body and mind systems rely heavily on habits. We can’t relearn to walk every day and expect to get very far. Our subconscious holds countless automatic programs that help us navigate daily life brilliantly. Changing these habits and consciously adapting our automatic reactions is fundamental to growth.
Without understanding these systemic causes and backgrounds, neither small steps nor quantum leaps can occur.
