These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website bbcoaching.ee and any services offered through it, including coaching sessions, workshops, and related materials (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Services
We provide coaching and personal development services as described on our website. The content and guidance offered are for personal growth and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
2. Booking and Payment
Sessions can be booked online or by direct contact. Payments must be made before or at the time of the session, as indicated during booking.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us directly so we can find a suitable resolution.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm or legal obligation).
5. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions or website use. You are fully responsible for your own choices and results.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, texts, and content on this website are owned by Britta Burket Coaching and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Changes to These Terms

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and any disputes will be settled in Estonian courts.
